So the front camera working but it seems like something is blocking the camera lens is that right?
There is nothing covering the camera/sensors like a screen protector?
If not try using glasses cleaning clothe to give the front camera a clean.
If some type of moisture got inside your camera (like going to sauna for example) this would be extremely hard to get rid of because once moisture drys it will leave residue stains on the lens.
