Battery draining while charging?

Since last macbook pro update, my battery % is going down even while im plugged in charger.

WTF apple seriously, first my battery bulk up so i have to repair it, and not even while charging my battery is drained to minus?

Yes i did all the smc nvram restart, day after again ...

It really doesn't make sense to get macbook in 2020, they don't care about computers anymore....

This can also be a bad charger or cable.

You could visit an Apple Store or ask a friend who has a MacBook and check with a different charger.

Cable is without issue, tested by electrician. Now it's charging correctly, i thought i'll get answer like "use another money" method to fix this.
