buying a bunch of iphones from eBay

hi, i would like to know if you guys could remove acloud activation for me? i dont know or have anyway on cantacting the last owner, but i do have proof that i did buy the device and im guessing you guys can also run a stolen or black listed with its IMEI.

Don’t buy the phone because you cannot remove activation lock without the credentials of the previous owner. They will be useless to you. Nobody, including Apple can or will help you.


If you already bought them, return them. If you can’t return them, recycle them responsibly.

Apple does not get involved in any sales or gifts or exchanges of used personal property. Apple does not take reports of lost or stolen devices so has no idea which devices are lost or stolen. They do not monitor people’s personal devices. They also have no knowledge about blacklisting as that is something handled by cellular service providers.


You need to contact eBay and start a request for a refund. There will be no way to disable activation lock on devices purchased from eBay if the seller themselves will not or cannot help you.
