Apple Watch 3 will not pair after iOS 13.5.1 update

This a rediculous company, i can not believe their excuses, we must stop buying their products .!

Hi was there any specific verbiage you used to complete this?

I too had a perfectly working watch then did the update and now it will not work.

I sent it in and they are saying they need to replace the hardware in order to fix the issue and charging me almost $250.00

I trouble-shooted with 3 different customer service reps and they agree'd yeah this is a software issue. When i finally reached the senior manager he said he had many many requests with this same issue.

My watch was working perfect before the update, no cosmetic issue, never dropped, and doesn't even have a scratch.

Pretty clear here that they have far too many requests for this and are starting to just charge for it.

Apple has a history with making older products function poorly (proof in the class action law suit)

I’m currently in the same boat and don’t know what to do really. I called an apple representive and they’ve confirmed that since I used an temporary iPhone that had IOS 13 or greater, to pair with my Apple Watch, I can NO LONGER use my “older“ iPhone to pair with my Apple Watch (Even though I have paired my iPhone 6 Plus with my Apple Watch). The solution I was given is to buy another iPhone or simply take in the Apple Watch (with a service charge of course). What a joke man... this is so disappointing and im very frustrated with my purchase of this Apple Watch. What’s mostly frustrating is that I can’t factory reset the watch and have it go back to factory new (at least this is what I was told.) It will STILL use the iOS 13 OS rather......
