I have a mid 2011 27” iMac running windows 7 only no boot camp no Mac OS X. also no WiFi or eithernet The Mac protected partitions have also been deleted so keystrokes to reinstall and reset don’t work.
is there anyway I can download a iso file that will get it back to Mac OS X?

No, you have to either have the original install media that shipped with the computer or you can buy a Snow Leopard disk. I still see them on e-bay.
I don't see anyway out of this without pulling the drive out or maybe fWTDM if you had another Mac...
Like I said you need a Snow Leopard DVD or the original media that shipped with the computer.
c key booting should be in the Firmware.
Does alt key at startup show boot choices?

That doesn’t work. There is nothing left of Mac OS X on this Machine it’s all windows.
Tried that but the iMac won’t boot from a usb but has no problem booting from the dvd I’m pretty sure I can change that in the bios but I’m unable to Boot into the bios
