I understand your frustration. What did you go with and how do you like it?

I also had S10+ before I purchased Xs Max and i like to say both are good in their own ways, Iphone for its Durability and Software and Samsung for its features and good battery.

Can you explain why is recalibration a controversial process?

Then why does battery health shows maximum capacity at 100 %?

You know how much battery replacment at apple costs here in Europe 64,90€. Why is everything more expensive in Europe lol.

That is ridiculous, you’re better off getting the new SE for that price, at least that will be supported longer then the 8 with the A13 chip.

I am in contact with apple support on twiter but cause of the time diffrance we can't really do anything - they are trying to do Diagnostics but can't find where to start that it's not on my Iphone lol.

Cause as it is now I can't do anything with the phone as soon as I open an app or just look a a pic or settings and the phone is not connected to the power it dies.

Resolution is always update to latest iOS currently 13.6

Check battery status in Settings.

If you cannot locate your problem app then restore as a new phone

If it still burns as a new phone with no data take it to an Apple store to get it fixed or exchanged.

If it no longer burns, either restore from backup or start from scratch.
