iOS 13.5.1 battery drain

The battery drain from background activity in iOS 13.5.1 is horrible. Happens on several apps, currently Bloom berg and Teamsnap. Same problem on my iPad and my wife's iPhone Xs. Come on Apple, this needs to be fix now!

iPad's Battery quickly drains after iOS 16.2 update I've recently updated my iPad Pro to 16.2 iOS. Unfortunately the issue I am facing now is the battery of my iPad drains very quickly and automatically even if I am not using it.I play PUBG mobile and it used to give approx 3.5hrs battery time before the recent update, but now after update it just gives 1.5hrs hardly. Is there any solution/software update fix available to resolve this problem or should I have to wait for the next update ?

entirely your choice.

As 13.5.1 is now gone to 13.6 I will not be back.

I will on Monday - I'm not in USA. Sucks that the varenty expired on June 9th 2020 lol almost funny if it wasn't sad.

Is it worth it exchanging the battery on my old Iphone 8 or buying a new one?

That's nonsense. I get between 6-8.5 hours out of my iPhone 11 pro 512. A $1500 phone should last for at least two days. Samsung's are getting 3-5.
