Face ID not working
My Face ID won’t recognise my face when I try and set it up. it just constantly says ‘move iPhone lower’ but won’t let me set Face ID up!

Perhaps the TrueDepthCamera (at the front top notch) is obstructed by a screen protector.

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support:--> Get Support or have your XR inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (they are reopening after the lockdown).
