When is apple going to fix Face ID?
Face ID not working on iPhone 14 plus. Set up numerous times and still says doesn’t recognize my face. Fix it or get rid of it!

Face ID works perfectly for almost every user, there is nothing to fix.
Please use Apple's troubleshooting suggestions in If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support as a checklist, and also note the final suggestion in point #9,
If you still can't enroll your face, contact Apple Support.
If it doesn't work after checking all the points in the support document you might be looking at a hardware failure, and #9 above is the appropriate solution. Your iPhone 14 must still be less than 12 months old so it is within Apple's 12 month warranty and Apple Support will resolve any hardware problems.
