Keynote, Pages and Numbers Updates Don’t Work

Hi there! I recently bought a 2020 MacBook Pro 13" and, upon opening and updating the MacOS, I discovered that the updates for the Keynote, Numbers and Pages don’t want to start, claiming that the Apple ID with which they were purchased differs from the one I own (the only one I ever had when it comes to all my Apple devices...). I would like to know how to solve this and be able to update all three apps.

Thank you

If the applications that need updating are Apple applications that came with the computer, try going to the App Store Purchases tab or click on your profile and then go to Purchases to see if there is an option to accept the applications with your Apple ID. If that doesn't work, you can delete the applications and download them with your Apple ID. The applications are free. You may have to sign out of the App Store, restart the computer, and sign back in to download new copies.
