Update Pages, Numbers, Keynote not possible

I just bought a new MacBook Air and linked my Apple ID, but defaults apps like Pages, Numbers and Keynote will not update, as the message says I did not purchase it with my Apple ID. Of course I didn't as it was installed on my Macbook. Why is this and how can I solve it. The same goes for Garageband and iMovie.

Click here and follow the instructions. If you can't accept them into your Apple ID, delete and redownload them.

Preloaded copies of App Store applications won't have an Apple ID stored inside them and cannot be updated until this is done.
