Logging into App store with new apple and ID

I've tried to log in to my app store using a apple id and password but I cannot log in. Every time I try to log in this message appears "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App store, please review your account information" and then I press the review button but a blank screen appears! So I need help!

Can you log into your account in the App Store/iTunes?


Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?


Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Device or computer? Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.


Apple ID payment information - change.  


Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information
