IPad Alert Problem

I have an iPad, 5th generation, and when it is charging and a FaceTime call comes in, an alert will sound continuously until the charging cord is unplugged, even if the FaceTime is answered by another device.

How do I fix this?

Hello,

Try updating to iPadOS 13.5.1 to see if it resolves your problem.

Settings > General > Software Update

I just did an update from iPadOS 13.4.1 to 13.5.1 and, unfortunately, it didn't resolve it. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
