iPad FaceTime question

My iPad rings alerting me I have an incoming FaceTime call. When I open the cover on my iPad it disconnects the call. What am I doing wrong? This began after the last upgrade.

FaceTime Call’s coming in that we can’t accept. Hi, Facetime works for all calls out. Calls in ring, but the screen is just a blurred version of the iPad background and there is no option to answer the call at all. We have to wait for them to hang up and then look to see who it was so we can then FT them back. Its a brand new iPad and we have run all the software updates. Anyone had a similar problem?

My Ipad Pro Is Allowing Facetime Calls Even Through Scheduled Do Not Disturb Is Turned On Hi, I have an ipad pro (12.9 inch) 3rd generation running software version 13.5.1 I have do not disturb scheduled at night from 12 am to 12 pm. It silences all notifications but it is not silencing my Facetime. I have received an accidental facetime call that rang with the ringtone and woke me up at 4:30 am. What can I do so this doesn't happen again. I wish to receive facetime calls from this number in the daytime but not at that time. Thanks for your help.

Calls to me are automatically declined when I answer on ipad (on Facetime) I have the option to answer calls on Facetime turned on in settings for my ipad (latest ios). Incoming calls ring, but when I answer I briefly see 'call declined' and then get an error saying the call failed. I am (obviously) *not* intentionally declining calls- the ipad seemingly decides to decline them all within a few seconds of the call connecting. This happens no matter who the caller may be (unknown, in my contact list, nearby, far away, etc.) My iphone shows that I had an incoming call ( for 3 to 10 seconds). This happens when the iphone is nearby and on wifi, and when it's on cell, so that doesn't seem to be a factor. Any ideas / tips / things to try? Thanks in advance

Try updating to iPadOS 13.6 to see if it resolves your problem.

Settings > General > Software Update
