Hi,
Facetime works for all calls out. Calls in ring, but the screen is just a blurred version of the iPad background and there is no option to answer the call at all. We have to wait for them to hang up and then look to see who it was so we can then FT them back.
Its a brand new iPad and we have run all the software updates.
Anyone had a similar problem?

User troubleshooting steps include restarting the iPad (power off/on) Force Restart, Restore from backup, restore to factory, setting up as new and testing. Test after each step.

we can make calls no trouble a 50% of the time can accept them coming in too. It’s really odd as we can’t workout when it’s happening as seems intermittent and not just one caller
