FaceTime Call’s coming in that we can’t accept.

Hi,


Facetime works for all calls out. Calls in ring, but the screen is just a blurred version of the iPad background and there is no option to answer the call at all. We have to wait for them to hang up and then look to see who it was so we can then FT them back.

Its a brand new iPad and we have run all the software updates.

Anyone had a similar problem?

I've not seen that happen with my iPad. You can use this link to troubleshoot your FaceTime. If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
