I believe you answered the question in your first sentence. You installed an aftermarket battery and it's clearly faulty.

Now, Apple may not even be willing to touch your phone since it was opened by someone other than an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple directly.

Take it back to whoever replaced the battery.

That aftermarket battery is probably the cause.
