brand new iphone 11 is stuck on a black screen with the apple logo. I was going through set up and it took me to a software update and when it looked like it finished it was a black screen with the logo. it will go completely black and if i tap it the logo will pop up for a few minutes.

I tried and the same thing is happening
Are you sure you held the power button long enough. It can take 10 or more seconds.
yes i did until the logo came back up
