i have an iphone XR and its stuck on the black screen with the apple logo, i've tried all of the reset tips but my screen just goes black then right back to the logo screen

My iPhone XR is stuck on the apple logo since yesterday morning. I tried forced rebooting, I also tried connecting it to my MacBook and trying the method as mentioned on the "apple" YouTube channel until I got the prompt for "UPDATE" to IOS 14 on my MacBook. The iPhone was connected to the MacBook for almost 30 minutes with the MacBook and charging logo on the iPhone screen and then went back again to the apple logo again.
Then I suspect you will need to follow the last instruction on the page and contact Apple Support directly:
