Unable to add payment method

I bought a new iPhone SE 2020 and got a Apple TV+ free for a year but can’t add payment method. I tried mine and mother’s debit cards but same msg keep coming that your payment method is denied update new payment method

Sir,

I’m from India and used a Visa card (bank of India ). I asked the bank and they said it’s valid internationally. But this card is not added to the payment method. Can you tell me more about it. I really want to subscribe to Apple TV +

Know it here --> If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes ...

Check the following

The payment method that you are adding is of the same country as that of App Store Country on your iPhone
You have valid payment plan / debit / credit card from an authorised bank from the same country
Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Learn more about family purchases and payments.
Please check if your Debit/Credit card is valid internationally

If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information

If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
If you have a subscription that automatically renews
If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time
If you are not in the country or region you’re creating an Apple ID for
If you changed your country or region
If you're a part of Family Sharing
