Why Am I not getting space after deleting files?

I get the prompt saying low storage.. I’ve had 800mb left. As I delete photos the space gets lower, when I delete apps it increases.

I deleted about 7-10 apps, over 500 photos, music files (10),7 short vids and more. 5 hrs ago after deleting it all I only ended up with 1.34 gb from 800mb.(YES!! I did delete the recently deleted files)

I have not download anything, 10 mins before as I sign in to write this topic.. I realize I’m only at 400mb now. Like wth is going on?

Has anyone experienced or going through such thing like this.. I seriously believe Apple is troubling my phone, how do I delete over 500+ files to have 400mb. Is this what Apple do to force people to buy another phone?? I even install the 13.5.1 iOS Also in the process after deleting the files..Nothing (was still at 1.34gb)

I doubt a resetting settings will help, but can someone suggest something please and thanks.
