Apple Watch 4 won't update. "Unable to Verify Update" message

My watch is currently on watchOS 6.2.1 and I have been unable to update it due to the message "Unable to Verify Undate. The watchOS update couldn't be verified because you are not connected to the internet."

I'm obviously connected to the internet. I've tried resetting my watch to factory settings, deleted my backup files, and deleted and reloaded the watch app on my phone. Nothing has worked. Anyone else have the same problem and come up with a solution.
