The Battery Health button appears in >SystemPreferences>Energy Saver —this feature is limited to Mac laptops with Thunderbolt 3 ports. That equates to all MacBook Pro models released since late 2016 and the Retina-capable MacBook Air models released since 2018.

I have this same issue on my MacBook Pro 2017. I have reset the SMC and still experiencing. My battery says normal but I drop about 5% battery life every 4 minutes. Need resolution and should not have to pay at Apple store...

yes, some issue on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013). The laptop sometime gets hot even in absence of high-consumption process.
