iTunes keeps asking to verify payment information

How do you get rid of that payment bill? Do I have to pay? And how much? And.. It won't let me download any apps, it keeps on asking me that question, and I don't know how to get rid of it.

im confused cuz the same thing is happening to me ! its weird cuz it happend today. last week i was on pandora for more than an hr n it said to pay 3.99 mo or 99cens to continue n i click 99cents n it went! i said hmm ok but wait i dont have $? so then next day i downloaded two games for my niece n it did after4 songsn after itried 5 songs but it said i couldnt im like ok. then today it says view bilinh info.. it delcined but i DONT HAVE $ IN MY BANK? how couldve i download all that when nbodys uses my stuff>?

I have a mastercard and it's doing it. Yay me. 😟

1. Open iTunes from any computer.

2. Select iTunes Store on the left pane.

3. Select your account name in the upper-right corner, then choose Account.

4. Select the Edit button next to Payment Type.

5. Re-enter your credit card information. Be sure to enter a Security Code.

SelectDone.

heres what worked for me

1.) go to your account online not itunes

2.) click edit your payment info

3.) add you cvs or whatever code and save

4.) open itunes do all that stuff when it says verify your info verify and hope fully it works for ya

Ok....so im having this problem also. I currently have $1.36 in my account. I am trying to buy a song that is $1.29 but it keeps saying that i have insufficent store credits. How do i fix this problem??

IF I buy an app from the store and I put NONE as PAYMENT TYPE but it says BILLING ADDRESS with my address will It come in the mail or will it show up on my phone bill?

I solved it for myself, it might not work for eveyone.

I sold my piece of crap iphone 4s and got a Nokia Lumia 820, I also swapped my ipad for a good spec windows 8 laptop and couldn't be happier!!!

Since Steve Jobs Died Apple has fell apart in my opinion and I am so glad I can leave itunes sitting unused. I only came back here to stop the email notifications for this post.

I wouldn't take android mobiles, they have the worst marketplace ever.....

first .....my macbook air lost all my pics in iphoto ( a lot of them .....😠) second now every time i'm down loading free apps on my iphone .... they ask me to verify my credit card ???? what next ..... apple??? now i know that apple is not a customer friendly instead always try to find the way to disapoint customer ...... just about time people will go find some other products that really taking care of their loyal customers .....!!!!! apple is full of &*#$#*####!!!!!!

I have same problem, but the thing is that I don't use a credit card and it keeps asking me for the payment info and when I enter it, nothing happens. PLEASE HELP!!

What worked for me was to have the 'county' blank. As I live in London, I would normally have London as the County. Once I took that off it and left it blank worked fine. So you want to check that the address format/fields your particular correctly (or are necessary to fill-in).

Mines is doing something similar it keeps telling me there was a billing problem and to update my payment method. I did it and it told me to go to ITunes Support
