Caller ID and Call Waiting on iPhone SE 2020

Visible is an MVNO that uses Verizon's network. Verizon is a CDMA carrier. Those options can not be controlled from the phone and will not be available in settings on a CDMA network.

That is simply not compatible with the network they are using.

Not all carriers support changing those setting through the settings app on the phone. Contact your carrier for instructions on how to control those settings.

It sounds like you have some questions about Caller ID and Call waiting. Call waiting is a feature that has to be activated by the carrier. Once activated a settings will appear. As for Caller ID any call will show your contact information or the number unless it is a blocked number. You can if you'd prefer block all unknown callers so only contacts can reach you.
