Full Disk Access - Security & Privacy

I have an issue whereby my iMac will not allow any app Full Disk Access. If I drag and drop or use the + button to select the app the box still remains blank. I need to allow Backblaze Full Disk Access otherwise I can't back up my files. Blackblaze say I need to be an admin to do this but I am as it's my iMac and I'm the only user with the only account. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks :)

Boot into Safe Mode (How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support) by booting with the Shift key held down and and try there to add apps to that preference pane.  Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.
