iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (2nd generation) 2017 touch screen randomly stops responding

My touch screen randomly stops working from 2 seconds to a minute. The home and power buttons work. Sometimes my iPencil will work when my fingers won't but not always. It is up to date on all updates. I am getting super frustrated!!!


PLEASE HELP!!!
