Wifi Turns ON (Blue) itself

Hi, the wifi after iOS 13.4.1 turns on (blue) bit itself. Before iOS 13.4.1 I disable it in control center (turns grey) and it stay that way all day, until click on it and then it turns ON (blue). I know that the wifi can't be turn off in control center, I don't want that.

What I have done:

-Update to iOS 13.5= did nothing

-Reset All Settings= did nothing

-Reset Network Settings= did nothing

-Forget This Network (all)= did nothing

-Ask to Join Networks Off= did nothing

-Auto-Join Hotspot Never= did nothing

Thanks

iPhone XR, iOS 13

If you tap the Wi-Fi button in the Control Center that does NOT turn it off at all. It disconnects the network it is currently connected to, but Wi-Fi stays on. If you go out of range of the network that you disconnected from with that button then come back into range it will reconnect. See this Apple support article—>Use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in Control Center - Apple Support

There are several ways to turn off Wi-Fi:

  • Haptic touch: Hold your finger on the Settings icon and choose Wi-Fi from the floating menu
  • Settings/Wi-Fi - ON or OFF
  • “Hey Siri, turn off Wi-Fi"
  • Hold the Side button and say “Turn off Wi-Fi"

Yes I know that (If you tap the Wi-Fi button in the Control Center that does NOT turn it off at all) it's in the post, and to me that's ok, but before the update if I tap the wifi in control center (turns grey) and it stay that way all day, until tap on it again and then it turns ON (blue). So maybe the question is, did the wifi behaviour change after the update? or it's something wrong with the iPhone. I will read the article thanks.
