Hi axel, I have had a look online for hours looking for the right one. There are so manny difference variations of ssd adapters for these slim line drives. I brought one last week and it was wrong. So would love some advice on if there is a universal ones and the difference between all the jargon in the photo below.

What you will need is an Enclosure that the drive goes into. That Enclosure will have the port(s) that you can connect to and get your data from it. I found this one that fits the bill ➔ OWC Envoy Pro - SSD Enclosure.

There are more options from other suppliers as well and to find those I would ask you to perform a Google search using a search description such as "SSD 2015 MacBook Air enclosure"

What you need is the one that fits the Apple SSD design. The OWC Link that I provided is the right one and it works. I have a Mid-2015 MacBook Pro and I bought an enclosure with an upgraded SSD drive from OWC and it was a perfect it.

If you elect to buy something different then make 100% sure that it states in the description that it can accommodate the SSD that came of 2015 MacBook Air 13inch model.
