Hi, When i follow the instructions to change the screen time passcode for my child on a Mac the Forgot Passcode option is not available. I am the Organiser for my family group and my OS is on 10.15.5. Can you please help me to reset the passcode. thanks

I know you stated you’re using MacOS Catalina 10.15.5. What you’re describing is normal behavior for MacOS versions earlier than 10.15.4.

I have followed the instructions 'On a Mac' under the section 'How to reset the Screen Time passcode for your child's device
'. When i get to step 5 there is no option 'Forgot Password' displayed on the screen.
I have tried to enter the forgotten passcode a few times and it is preventing me from attempting again for a time.
I am trying to reset this passcode so that i can change screen time options for my childs iphone 6.

Did you have any luck with Apple support? I have the exact same problem on Catalina 10.15.5, as the forgot passcode option is not available in the screen time passcode for the child account. (I am not using Family sharing)
