From my (parent's mac), trying to reset passcode for child's screentime.
I'm trying to follow the instructions on https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211021
Using the instructions under "How to reset the Screen Time passcode for your child's device" > "On a Mac":
At step 5, can click on Change Passcode, but there is nowhere to click on "forgot passcode". (I am using macOS 10.15.4)

I can't work through the steps, here, because I have no other users on the computer. I would try contacting Apple Support. Apple Support by e-mail or chat will help you get through to the option for starting a chat with them.

Click on Change Passcode, then click on Forgot Passcode per the instructions in your link.
I click on Change Passcode... and a popup appears Enter Old Screentime Passcode with spaces to enter the old passcode. I do not see any place to click Forgot Passcode.
No "Forgot Passcode" option on Mac
