I can’t use my iCloud

I bought 50 GB plan for my iCloud with a gift card 2 months ago and now because my iCloud storage used more than 5 GB I can’t use iCloud any more and i need to update my payment details but i have no payment detail because i live in iran and Apple don’t supporting our bank system

now what i have to do
