Restore settings question?

My old Macbook pro died last month sadly.

So I got a used Macbook pro yesterday which is using the latest OSX Catelina.

I only want to restore my contacts, safari bookmarks, keychain and mail setting from my time machine backup.

The thing is my old MacBook used High Sierra only.

I'm not quite sure when I'm in Migration Assistant, should I just select Computer setting to transfer.

Or there is another way around.

Cause my old mac had a lot of junk in it, I don't want to transfer any unwanted into the new mac.

Kindly advise.
