iphone x battery drains in 2 hours?!

My iphone X battery have gotten bad to worse. After updating to ios13.4, I realised that my battery went from 100% to 8% in just 2 hours while using telegram(basic texting) and short while on online shopping app. There is something seriously wrong right?! Any way I can fix this/ ask apple to replace a battery for me?? This is seriously disrupting my life having to charge every hour..

My battery health is pretty low at 80% but 2 hours is seriously a very short period of time..
