Is there a way to update the font type globally for just the Titles? Can font type be copied and pasted?

You mean you have used several titles on a project and want to change the font in all of them?
It is easy to do.
1) [not absolutely required, but it makes it SO much easier]
Open the Timeline Index, click on Titles
2) Select them all [See? Much easier to select them in the Timeline Index!]
3) Make the desired changes in the Inspector
4) .... there is no step 4 😀

Yes, it is similar. You can select several or all of them and type the settings in the Inspector.
Another way to adjust settings in a plurality of clips (or titles) is to:
make all the adjustments in one;
copy;
select all the others;
paste attributes (you can pick and choose the attributes you want to paste)
Thanks, Luis. Can I also update other attributes globally, like the x,y positioning of Titles, for instance? If so, is the process similar?
