She (MBP 16" 2020) did it again.. lost all my work.. again.

This is just a new entry to my long and extensive error logbook of this computer. MPB 16inch Catalina 10.15.5

Unfortunately I'm not in the country that I purchased my AppleCare and due to Corona I'm waiting the lift of restrictive travel. I either want my money back or a product that works and don't make me lose hours of work each time she goes to sleep. Just terrible experience.
