iPhone XR won't turn on.

Forced restart doesn't work, the phone won't be recognized by iTunes (Windows)

Is there another way to turn this bs on, or do i have to bring it in?

See if anything in here helps with the device not being recognized in iTunes. If it works, you can try updating or restoring.
