Apparently another person is in my account

I’ve been receiving messages on iMessage; another person apparently it’s on my account and I can see what is she texting with her friends. This is a violation of privacy. What happen about the privacy terms? My principal Language it’s Spanish , please somebody help me

how to find iMessage 'sent to' I have iMessage enabled on Mac and iPhone. On my Mac, I have 4 addresses that I've ticked under "You can be reached for messages at"; one phone number, and three email addresses. On my iPhone, I only have the phone number, and one email address ticked. I just received a strange iMessage from an unknown sender which showed up on my Mac. A message i havent sent appeared on my imessage conversation A random message showing a photo of a stranger conversation has appeared on my iphone. It shows like i have sent the message to a contact of mine and i dont know anything about that photo, about the message and im pretty scared about my security and privacy. The message is just a photo alongside a small text. I dont know how to reach out to support. All the devices that show on my iphone are mine. Please help!

Have you tried changing your Apple ID password and the passwords for any other email accounts listed in Messages?

Apple ID Password Change.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

Have you tried signing out of Messages and back in since you changed the account passwords?
