A message i havent sent appeared on my imessage conversation

A random message showing a photo of a stranger conversation has appeared on my iphone. It shows like i have sent the message to a contact of mine and i dont know anything about that photo, about the message and im pretty scared about my security and privacy. The message is just a photo alongside a small text. I dont know how to reach out to support.

All the devices that show on my iphone are mine.

Please help!
