Super bad picture with my Brand new Apple TV console

the picture on my tv goes in and out - sometimes it’s super blurry. I have the brand new Apple TV, why would this be happening?

Sounds like a connection issue. Make sure you are using a high speed HDMI cable that is rated for 4K/HDR (18GBPS). Try another port and cable. If possible, test on another TV.
