I see that you have an issue with the display on your MacBook Pro. I want to help. You can try a couple of resets for display issues. Neither will affect your data.  



You can reset the SMC. Here’s How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support


If that doesn’t help, please reset the NVRAM. Here’s how to Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support


Regarding any known issues for displays, there is a service program for 2016 MacBook Pros: 13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program - Apple Support I am not seeing anything for your particular MacBook Pro.

To whom it may concern at Apple


Apple Freie Strasse in Basel has left me down in several ways, also I have bought at Apple Strasbourg and Basel about 30 items in the last 3 years and my computer is just 2 years old, Worst, after I had organised an appointment and drove 2 hours to the appointment, the written/verbal communication was twisted and the people in Basel in der Freien Strasse have been ineffective. 


Thereafter I had issues to get the phone support from apple, Finally I spoke to  a lady whom was competent and solved at least the issue with appointments.


I have then been to DQ solutions in Basel, whom have repaired the issue, but did not link it to the service program at apple. So I was satisfied that I least I can work again and the reparation was done in due time and effectively, but I had to pay 748CHF in order to repair a MC Book Pro affected by the recall : 13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program to whom I had gained 2 references **  and ** (because of the second number never was available).


So my request is to get refunded the spend money and get some compensation for the unnecessary travel, spent time and lost working time.
