Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Basically I restored my iPhone 6s from a ongoing boot loop and now everything has been restored the only issue which is most important my photos haven't loaded or they have but its stuck does anyone know the solution that will make it continue load.

As the instructions in the screenshot says, make sure the device is plugged in and connected to WiFi. With a large library, it might take a while to upload and sync with iCloud.
