I forgot Security question answers.
I forgot the answers to my security questions. When I try to reset them I get "Cannot Reset Security Questions. We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."
I called apple and they said there is nothing they can do because I never verified my recovery email. They see the recovery email request which has long since expired, but will not send a new verification email. Even though I know my password and have access to the email on the account and the unverified recovery email they will do nothing to help me. I have had this apple id since my first iPod. Through iPhones, iPads, Macbooks. They will still charge my card associated with the account, but I can not login to the appleid site to make any changes. Their only suggestions was to let go of the account and all the paid content. So, I guess my questions is: "Is this what Apple calls best-in-the-world customer support?"
