SMC problem

I have an MacBook Pro 13” and it’s has not been running well. So I tried to restart it and see what’s wrong with it. It’s said I had SMC problems, PMS problems and an issue with the camera. My fan is running even though my laptop is not hot and hasn’t been used for days. It’s also very slow... the mouse will sometimes freeze and start show the colorful loading thing.... it takes for ever to load up past the Apple logo as well... I really have no idea what to do or how to fix it...
