When I make calls and receive calls I cannot hear hear properly

Actually i bought my iphone 6 month ago iphone 11, and when I make calls and receive calls i cannot hear hear properly, i have to click on speaker to hear it loud, please i want you to have a look it and let me know what can i do or i can go to fix it.

I understand the sound on your iPhone is not functioning as expected during phone calls.

I would recommend reviewing this article: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker.
