airpod sound quality down when using other softwares

HI, just got a new set of airpods, basic ones, and everytime I start up an adobe software, photoshop, animate, premiere...the output of the airpods drops to 16Mhz. trying to get it back to 44Mhz on Audio Midid Setup but always goes back to 16mhz. This is really annoying. Anyone had the same issue?
