AirPod Pro playback speed inconsistent

I have had my new AirPods for a little over a month now, and all of a sudden the audio in just the pros seems to be slowing down and speeding back up every time I play music and reopen my. Lock Screen to do stuff. Anyone else having this problem?

Firstly, yes I know that wireless headphones aren't ideal for editing due to delay but that's not the point here. airpod sound quality down when using other softwares HI, just got a new set of airpods, basic ones, and everytime I start up an adobe software, photoshop, animate, premiere...the output of the airpods drops to 16Mhz. trying to get it back to 44Mhz on Audio Midid Setup but always goes back to 16mhz. This is really annoying. Anyone had the same issue?
