Does this update have covid trackers in it ? Ot originally said it did. Now the update says nothing about it. I refused to update this now apple is auto updating this

I have refused to update the latest to my iphone 8. When it first came out it specifically mentioned there are covid19 tracking in the update. Today there is no mention of them in the update description....Now apple is forcing the update on me by auto-updating tonight. Does this still have those trackers in it?

If so i will no longer use iphones ever

Know it here --> About iOS 13 Updates - Apple Support

It only has "API to support COVID-19 contact tracing apps from public health authorities. "

Do not download the apps there is nothing to track you.

Likely because the API for future use was introduced in 13.5, not 13.5.1

As noted, the update has no app that tracks you. You will make a choice at some future date to download an app and opt in. If you don't want to be tracked, don't install an app. The API will live harmlessly on your device until and if you choose to make use of it.

And threatening us does what?

Do note that the Contact Tracing API was a joint effort between Apple and Google, which means any Android phone that gets an update will also have said API

In which case you wont; ever again use any smart phone out there.

But as said, unless you actually download an App that uses it, which currently don't yet exist, and actually opt in and turn on the option, there is nothing to track you no.

Then what phone will you use? Android phones, as noted, have the same feature but they are backed by a company that has a very dubious reputation for safeguarding user privacy. Apple's, on the other hand, is pretty good.

Short of not using any cell phone at all, the best you can do is buy a basic phone and keep it turned off when not in use.
