ICloud photos lost

I tried to log out of my iCloud after transferring photo to my new phone. When I logged out all my photos were deleted on my old and new phone. Is there any way I can access an old backup or retrieve these photos?

I have checked multiple websites and there seems to be no solution.

Did you go to the Recently Deleted folder at iCloud.com > Photos?

Lost iCloud Photos I recently had to replace my iPhone. I backed it up, got my new one and restored that back up. I have 40,000+ photos and now a few weeks later my photos wouldn't load on my new phone. I was changing some settings and just realized all 40,000 photos I had are gone. Other than restore my current phone to the week or so old backup is there a way to get my photos back and or how can I get them to load if I do restore that backup.

Lost icloud photos I have a 16 GB iphone 6. The storage was full so after checking that my icloud backups were up to date I deleted all of my camera roll and subsequently deleted the photos from recently deleted. I did this expecting all these deleted photos would be safe in my icloud but when i logged in i found they are all missing. Is there any way I can retrieve these photos?

LOST PHOTOS - Didn't all upload to my iCloud from old phone! I had to hand in my phone back to my ex-employer as I left the company a month ago. The night before I tried uploading and saving everything to the drive, as I had been paying for increased storage etc, however my photo's kept pausing and now I have lost 2 years worth of photos. I have 2015-2018 and 2021, but nothing in-between. Can I restore all these old photos to my phone as they were on the final backup my phone did? I've looked for them on iCloud photos and cannot find them, but hoping they'd be saved as part of the old backup?
