Setting a time for activity

I’m new to Apple Watch, w/my old Fitbit I was able to set a time that I wanted alerts for activity. Why can’t Apple Watch do the same? Now I have to remember to ‘do not disturb’ every night & un’do not disturb’ every morning👎...Come on Apple!!!

Apple Watch Time to move app notify even after moving It looks like Apple Watch Time to move app ignores fact that I was moving a moment ago (walking around or making tea for example). It looks like this app notifies me once per hour to move around no matter if I moved in that time. Is it possible to change this behavior to be aware of my movements?
